Responsibilities: |

Ad Hoc data:- conduct all research to support the global innovation/renovation pipeline
- build understanding of the competitive landscape
- lead efforts to develop tools and processes to enable superior consumer understanding
- assist global business head on ad-hoc projects such as acquisitions, special topics and new business territories
- manage diverse sources of information to build global category volumes, trends, etc.
- conduct ideation sessions and technology pushes to explore new benefits and concepts
Continuous Data: - Mange all relationships with data suppliers (eg Nielsen)
- Support business by providing analysed and interpreted data for support business decisions
- monitor consumer trends
- support corporate Consumer Insight team by reviewing guideline for harmonized research and participating in workshops and working teams.
Strategic: - develop category/consumer segment specific methods and guidelines for conducting consumer research
- In addition to the direct Insight responsibility, the consumer insight manager will use his/her consumer knowledge to assist the marketing lead in making the strategic choices for the business.
- They will be involved in pulling conclusions and making recommendations based on the consumer POV, they should become the voice of the consumer working closely with and reporting to the Marketing Lead.
