Responsibilities: 
  Purpose of Position:
Build volume, revenue, and profit for our client's brands. An adept understanding of the P&L, consumer communication development and execution, and new product development are all critical to this role.

Create and Capture Value
Design and field business plans that deliver volume, net revenue and profit commitments. This includes costing out programs, identifying suppliers, and tracking budgets.

Business Analysis
Determine what is working, what is not, and why. Do this for both us and our competitors. Recommend improvements and changes to current programs.

Consumer Communication
Participate in advertising development and media planning processes. Own the consumer promotion and PR programs.

Initiative Pipeline
Identify new products or new marketing vehicles that can help better meet needs of consumers. Identify the killer issues that need to be resolved and put into place the learning plan (test markets, etc.) to resolve the issues.

Loyalty and Promotions
Work with agency partners and sales team to deepen bond with baby boomer women primary consumer target and baby boomer men secondary target via targeted promotions that build brand loyalty. Includes strategy creation, concept development, execution, and analysis of results.

Experience  Required:    The successful candiate will have at least 1+ years of classical CPG brand management experience plus the following skill set:

Passion - Being a key part of a smaller, fast-paced entrepreneurial environment requires visionary thinking, self direction, and the ability to take intelligent risks.

Leadership - Be seen as the leader of your areas, and a strong advocate of the consumer. Lead a cross-functional team, inspiring it to meet long-term goals, while delivering the short-term needs of the project.

Solutions - Distill complex problems down to the key issues and recommend solutions. Be rigorous in your analysis and creative in your approaches.

Capacity, Initiative, Follow-through - Deliver your work plan with executional excellence through prioritization, attention to detail, and thorough follow-through. Make big things happen through your own initiative.

Communication and Collaboration - Work across multiple functions, with external partners, and with retail customers in a way that brings out the best in others and ensures everyone is on the same page.
