Position   Responsibilities:			As Innovation Manager you will be responsible for the end to end process to bring all of our client's Category Innovations to market. The incumbent of this position partners with the R&D Project Manager to set R&D priorities, based upon strategies and insights. Leadership of the consumer focused Innovation / Renovation Process for assigned category. Develop R&D Strategies with the R&D project manager Working with lead markets, ensure that the innovation research process is followed and real consumer insights are used as the basis for R&D investment. Creation and ownership of detailed product development briefs guiding innovation projects Lead the quarterly R&D review meetings. Ownership of New Prodcut Development Innovation and Apollo processes on behalf of R&D and the business. Creation of product and service concepts from consumer pull end - benefit sort data, and, with lead nutritionist, from the consumer technical model, the science push. Ensure future pipeline is full and agreed.

Experience  Required:			Previous new product/innovation experience within a classical CPG environment Strong understanding of the R&D processes. Ability to understand consumer needs and insights and act upon them in an appropriate way. Strong communication skills, persuasion and influencing others Strong team player Ability to drive an agenda, lead a team, be tenacious in follow up. Courage Results focus Initiative Innovation/Renovation knowledge Leadership Succesful track of new products developed and launched in the US. A plus Proven Project Management skills 5+ years brand or business development experience. Understanding and passion for sports a plus
