Company is global leader in home appliances. Product assortment in home appliance line includes laundry, refrigeration, cooking, room air conditioners, dishwashers and other home appliance products. Company is a prime manufacturer. Products are nationally branded and distributed. Channels of distribution include consumer electronic specialty stores, home appliance outlets, mass merchants, buying groups, regional chains, clubs and other specialty retailers. This position will focus on one of our home appliance categories of home appliance products selling to Sears under the Kenmore brand. You will work from a regional office with a team of managers and analysts supporting the Sears overall sales effort. In this position you will have volume responsibility, will be involved in new product introductions and launches, selling programs, gaining new distribution, setting ads, resolving chargebacks and gaining competitive information for management use. In addition you will forecast sales, work with supply chain management and do assortment/merchandising planning. You will also have input into new product development efforts. You will report to the Director - Sears Team and travel approximately 25%. "Specific responsibilities include: Manage overall business relationship with Sears Merchant teams and Kenmore Product Management teams within assigned product categories. " Develop, implement and manage competitive merchandising, promotional, and sales strategies to grow and protect Kenmore brand sales and market share. Accountable to achieve total sales revenue goals (sell in) within assigned categories. " Develop and pursue new Kenmore brand opportunities within assigned categories. " Co-develop and implement (in conjunction with Marketing Mgr and National Account Mgr) key marketing strategies and activities to optimize Kenmore brand product retail sales (sell through) within assigned categories. " Active involvement and influence in Kenmore product development activities within assigned categories. Serve as Portfolio Manager by effectively managing the integration of branded and Kenmore brand merchandising and marketing strategies within assigned categories to achieve dual brand growth and minimize cannibalization. |

| Experience Required: | We are looking for candidates who are degreed, have 4-6 years sales experience in home appliances and have a strong work ethic. Past experience with key major customers(National Accounts) retailers is positive with experience with Sears a major plus. Also having experience in cooking and/or dishwasher categories a major plus. | ||
