Responsible for cross-functional leadership of one of the Company's portfolios to achieve specified volume, profit, and share. Responsibilities include development of the long term strategic plan, the annual marketing plan and operating budget. leadership of the cross functional team in development of all programs to achieve established goals. Through leadership of the Brand and Business Team, the Brand Manager is responsible for Coaching, training, skill development, and career planning within the brand group Achieving and maintaining a high level of morale among the brand and business team.Establishing with senior management the short and long range tonnage, profit and market share objective Responsible for P&L Setting priorities and leading Sales, Sales Promotion, Legal, Creative Services, R&D, Finance, Production, Production Planning, Quality and the Agency in achievement of the Brands business objectives. Identifying new product and line extension opportunities, directing R&D activities in product development and testin developing business plans and marketing programs.Working with Market Research to develop an ongoing base of knowledge to achieve a thorough understanding of both the consumer and the product.Developing innovative approaches, solutions, and specific plans to more effectively and efficiently manage the business system Updating and reporting to Management as necessary Leading key activities including Recruiting, Task Force. |
